Rogue Valley International Airport – Medford, Oregon

Rogue Valley International Airport, located in Medford, OR; in an effort to increase safety and provide for future economic development, the airport had the opportunity to purchase land adjacent to the airport.  Precision Approach Engineering was hired to provide Engineering Services and manage an Environmental Site Assessment prior to the acquisition of the property.

This project included a Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment, which included background review and research of the property, site reconnaissance, interviews, and project management meetings.  Additionally, a geotechnical investigation was conducted to support soil and groundwater sampling required under the Phase II ESA.
