FAA Coordination and Compliance

We provide the guidance and leadership to work through the FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) process from start to finish.

As the FAA regulations intensify in an effort to provide safety and standardization, it has become increasingly necessary to stay abreast of compliance requirements. Matt Cavanaugh, a former FAA Manager of the Airports Safety and Standards Branch with responsibility for Part 139, grant assurance compliance and airport design standards provides assistance and the benefit of serving as a FAA liaison. During his 30-year career with the FAA, Matt gained extensive experience in airport planning, project formulation, grant funding, and airport construction.
With support from our staff of professional engineers and field staff, Matt is available to help you address Part 139 issues and prepare for your annual inspection. His most recent position as Manager of the Airports Safety and Standards Branch, with responsibility for Part 139, gives him unique insight into the requirements of the regulations and various methods of compliance to meet your situation and resources.
Additionally, the diversity of aviation-related projects we have managed over time has provided us the opportunity to develop relationships not only with immediate contacts in the FAA, including the ADO project managers, but with staff in other branches of the FAA.
